At Speed Cycling Systems we try be just that little bit different… we don’t have pre-formulated training programs where we cut and paste your name, email it out to you and send you an invoice every month.

We want to know what you want – and whatever that may be, it’s OK with us.

If your goal is to complete a 100km charity ride, we can help.

If you’re keen to progress from B Grade to A Grade at club level, we’re here for you.

And if you have the desire and commitment to go all the way and ride at National or International level, we can help you achieve your dreams.

We can organise a full, comprehensive training regime detailing every ride and every workout including diet and nutritional tips, stretching and recovery.

We can meet up with you in person (in Melbourne) and do a 1-on-1 on-the bike session (we also do this for groups, including clubs and schools).

We can schedule a one-off Max power and threshold test…we can also organise VO2max and lactate tests.

Or maybe you have something else in mind, like a 3-month program leading up to a specific event…talk to us and we’ll get it done.
